My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean, although it took a bit of effort to get the room I was satisfied with. The service was welcoming and professional, going above and beyond to assist. The location was quiet and fairly close to everything needed, making it convenient. The dining experience was splendid, although there was a brief delay in checking in due to room readiness. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what was needed for a comfortable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough for our kids to move around freely, although the mattresses in the 2 queen room were not very comfortable, and the low commode could be a bit inconvenient. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. The location was great for us being close to the Anderson Civic Center, near the interstate, and with plenty of dining options nearby. However, I struggled to get a good night's rest due to some noise, not meeting the Hilton standards. The dining experience was a mix, with some delicious options but also overpriced, cold, and tasteless food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided good value for the money.
